Adeniyi A. Obe
Director & Chair of the BoardAdeniyi Obe is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of Qualified Professional practice experience.
A graduate of The University of Lagos, he joined the International Accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu). He was admitted as Partner in the Deloitte Nigeria firm in 1987. His practice experience is rich covering Audits of Institutions in Financial services, Manufacturing, Distributive trades and Supermarkets, Oil and Gas Up stream, Book Publishing and Newspapers, Auto Assembly; Insolvency and Business Recovery Services; Financial Consulting Services; Fraud and Special Investigations to mention a few. He stayed with the firm until 2013 when he retired as the CEO for Nigerian Firm Akintola Williams Deloitte and concurrently CEO for Deloitte West and Central Africa.
He was a Board Member of Junior Achievement and is involved in several Charitable causes. His activities in retirement are centered around Charities and Golf.
Victor O. Olaniyi, Ph.D
Managing DirectorAs the original promoter of the value propositions that resulted in the eventual creation of the company, Victor Olaniyi remains committed to the vision and mission of AREIT and brings 36 years of professional experience to the team covering research, design and development, academic teaching, manufacturing and logistics, quality process analysis and engineering, quality management, business process development and value stream mapping, project management and real estate investment analysis . Victor is a professional engineer and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos, master’s degree in Building Services Engineering from Brunel University, England and his doctorate degree in Building Services and Energy Management from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland. In addition to engineering studies, Victor then obtained a certificate in project management from Texas Tech University and dual Associate degrees in Real Estate and Mortgage Banking from North Lake College, Irving, Texas. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas, a registered engineer with COREN, and a chartered engineer of the U.K Council of Engineering Institutions. He maintains memberships in several professional engineering bodies like CIBSE, ASHRAE and ASQ and he is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt. Victor is a renewable energy enthusiast and highly committed to building energy efficiency and the commercial deployment of solar technology in all buildings.
Prof. 'Kale Oyedeji
Director'Kale Oyedeji obtained a BSc. Degree from the University of Ibadan in Mathematics, a Master of Arts Degree in Physics from Fisk University, Nashville, Tennessee, a Master of Science for Teachers in Physics from Rutgers, New Brunswick, New Jersey, and a Ph.D. in Physics from Howard University, Washington, DC. He has been teaching Physics for over 40 years. He is a full professor of Physics at Morehouse College, Atlanta, Georgia.
He taught Physics at Lincoln University, Pennsylvania before moving to Georgia. He has also taught mathematics at Ogbomoso Girls High School and the Baptist Girls High School Osogbo before his sojourn in the United States. 'Kale is an active member of both Physics and Mathematics professional groups. He is an active member of Ogbomoso Parapo of Georgia and one of the founding members of Ogbomoso Sons and daughters in North America, OSDNA.
'Kale is a member of the board of directors of DE-CONS, an Engineering company based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Usman G. Akano, Ph.D
DirectorUsman G. Akano graduated from the University of Ife with a B.Sc. (Electronics & Electrical Eng.) degree. He also earned M.Eng and Ph.D degrees from Mcmaster University, Hamilton, Ontario. Member of scientific and faculty staff at Mcmaster university and the university of Western Ontario. Founder and President, IdeasNetwork Communication, an Internet Communication Technologies and security company. Active in the Human Rights Community. One time President, Association of Nigerians Abroad (ANA), founding president, COHDN - Canadian Organisation for Human Rights & Democracy in Nigeria. Members of several professional and scientific bodies.

Moses L. Durosawo
DirectorMoses Layi Durosawo graduated from the University of Lagos with B.Sc Business Administration. He was a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. He trained as a Private Investigator at the University of North Texas, Denton in US and is also a member of the Certified Fraud Examiner, headquartered in Austin Texas, USA. Layi worked for the then Nigerian Industrial Development Bank (Bank of Industry) in various departments before migrating to the United States. He has also worked for one of the 10 largest Housing Authorities in the United States for about ten years. Currently retired and living in Dallas Texas.
