  • Fully-serviced estate (land and services) with 7.31-metre wide internal (minor) streets, and 12-metre wide rights-of-way (including 1.22-metre wide walkways on both sides of the streets), reliable solar street lights and lake-view club house providing excellent entertainment environment.
  • Collector Streets within the estate that have no direct access to homes along their frontages but carry vehicles from arterials to minor streets shall be 13.4 metres curb-to-curb with 21.33-metre rights-of-way.
  • It is hoped that arterial roads outside the estate shall have 30.48-metre rights-of-way with 21.94 metres of pavement.
